Villa Savoye

a modernist approach to a countryside home, this project stands as an embodiment of Corbusier's 'Five Points of Architecture'. Thin pilotis at the base of the volume are painted green to match the natural surroundings. The curve of the front of the ground floor matches the turning radius of a car - this leads to a ramp that forms the home's vertical circulation armature.
