the port of Providence is a rapidly changing landscape that is responding to various economic & political phenomena. unfortunately, not enough consideration is being put into prepping the area for the impending dangers of sea-level rise and storm surges. this project seeks to revamp an underutilized area of the port so that it may protect greater Providence from excess water
